Dear Cardinal Sean,
It was good to see you acknowledging the 50th anniversary of these two priests. I'd also like to wish Fr. Larry (Laurier) Martineau a happy 50th anniversary of his ordination this week in February. He was our faithfilled priest here at St. Mary's in Marlborough for several years... and sorely missed.
God bless,

Dear Cardinal Sean,
Congratulations on the 2008 campaign. I can't believe the campaign raised 15.1 million dollars! It must have been exciting to see your old classmate, Bishop Pablo Schmitz. Hope all is well in your life.
I can't wait for the next blog!

Dear Cardinal Sean,

I think it is good that The Holy Father is going live on Youtube with his news and videos from the Vatican. Its a great way to reach out to young Catholics by using the internet to communicate with them. The internet is not only a great way to share new but to also spread God's message. I think that using the internet is a fantastic idea to spread the word.

Sincerely,

Dear Cardinal Sean,
Congradulations to the Catholic Apeal! 1.5 million dolares! That's amazing! The other day Bishop Dooher came to our school and while he was telling us about how he became a bishop he spoke very highly of you! I would like to hear the story of how you became a Cardinal, would you please stop by our school?

Best Wishes,

Dear Cardinal Sean,
I am sorry to hear about the fire at Chicago's Holy Name Cathedral. I hope that it will be in its former condition soon.

I am glad to hear the Pope Benedict XVI has gotten a YouTube account. In our religion class at St. Paul School in Hingham, Massachusetts, we learned about how our media should promote truth, freedom, and justice, and by publishing videos onto Youtube, as well as keeping up-to-date with technology, we can spread the Catholic message.

Sincerely,
Celene, a 7th Grade Student at St. Paul School

Great blog this week Cardinal Sean! My favorite part of your blog this week was seeing those men being ordained. It is great to see how many people more and more want to follow Jesus! It was sad to see the picture of that catherdral! I am also glad no one was hurt and I hope that the catherdral will be able to be restored. Thank you again for the blog this week Cardinal Sean!

Cardinal Sean,

I had the honor of being at the ordination of the deacons last weekend. One of the Capuchins in Boston, Brother Tim Aller, is a classmate of some of the newly ordained deacons and he brought me along with him while I was staying at San Lorenzo Friary for that weekend. It was indeed wonderful and it was my first time at the cathedral.

Hi Cardinal Sean,

I've heard of the Catholic Appeal! It's great that it was such a success.

I was so sad when I saw that Chicago's Holy Name Cathedral was damaged in the fire, but thanks be to God that no one was harmed. Also, I was very surprised to see that The Holy Father has a Youtube page! I will be sure to check it out sometime.
Thank you very much for another excellent post, and God Bless!

Cardinal Sean, 15.1 million dollars is alot of money! It is going to a great cause of financial support for the Archdiocese. That is a horrible thing that the Chicago Cathedral had a fire. That is a good thing that they will be able to repair it. Hope you visit our school soon!
