I am bit confused. Why would legal Immigrants lose heathcare? As I understand all citizens of Mass are required to have health insurance. If they dont have from workplace, they are required to purchase state subsidized plan. Can you please define the Legal Immigrants you meant in this blog? are they on work permit visa or greencard?
