Dear Cardinal Sean,

My name is Evan Walsh, and I am a sophomore at Boston College High. Although it does not necessarily pertain entirely to your post, I was interested in acquiring some religious guidance. As we enter this season of thanks, it is necessary for us to give back as best we can, something that all at B.C. High seek to do. But what many of us fail to do/acknowledge is to see how we are doing God's will, and seeking to achieve the Kingdom of God. We all go through the motions, but we have no substance in doing so, in consequence we lack the spiritual meaning. I am cautious this may be me, and would be willing to change my mentality to come closer. Please, if you have any advice let me know! Thanks Again!

Dear Cardinal,
When I surveyed the aisle at St. Peter's in 1973, one measurement, the one for what is known as St. Paul's Cathedral in London, styled it a "fanum" , which seems to make it a pagan temple. I wonder if this description still stands.
With great respect,

I get such a kick out of Archbishop Methodios and Cardinal O'Malley concelebrating the feast of St. Andrew because they look so much like brothers. Seriously, am I the only one who notices this?

Cardinal Sean, thank you so much for this wonderful update and the outstanding pictures. Also, as a member of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, I wanted you to know that not only members of your own flock are following you but many others of us who enjoy being part of the universal Body of Christ which is His church. May peace and the love of our Lord Jesus Christ be always with you!
