Thank you for the weekly update, it is always interesting to hear about the good things happening in our Christian Community. What really interested me is how Father Jerry Hogan travels with the circus. It is good to know, even though they are on the road constantly, they are remembering God.

The hospital in Brockton is beautiful. I know people in Brockton and they are thankful for it. Also I have to mention how interesting how Father Jerry Hogan and Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus travel with circuses. I love circuses and everything about them. Thank you for publishing your Malta homily. Sheila had told me how powerful it was and it gave me a real lift to read it. Your call has always and steadily been to “witness” to our faith. Since defense of the faith is so basic to the Order of Malta calling your words will continue to urge each of us to both speak out and pursue your urgings. I will certainly look forward to the next occassion to be with you.
